1. fill our short Know-Your-Client forms and confirm directors and beneficial owners identity online
2. each person needs to have:
   • a valid passport or national ID card
3. we will need certified package of corporate documents not older than 3 months.
4. the director needs to visit a notary in the country where the company is registered to notarize and cetrify with apostille):
   • a Power of Attorney (we will provide you with a draft)
   • Board Member consent (we will provide you with a draft) once ready, original documents need to be sent to us by courier or mail
