What is required from the client

1. fill our short Know-Your-Client form and confirm your identity online (for each participant)
2. each participant needs to have:
   • a valid passport or national ID card
3. you need to visit a notary where you live to notarize and cetrify with apostille (for each participant):
   • a Power of Attorney (we will provide you with a draft)
   • Board Member consent (we will provide you with a draft) once ready, original documents need to be sent to us by courier or mail

When you complete KYC and verification process we will provide you with drafts of documents within 3 working days. The company will be registered on average within 15 working days after we receive the original documents from you.

If you manage your company from abroad in order to comply with Estonian law you need to appoint a licensed contact person and virtual address.
